By placing an order with Hesed Floral and Decor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Orders & Payments

• 50% of payment is required at the time of purchase, other half day of pickup/delivery
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if certain blooms are unavailable, while maintaining the overall style and color palette.

Custom & Event Orders

• All custom, event, and wedding orders are final.
• Changes to custom orders must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date and are not guaranteed.
• Cancellations for events or weddings are not eligible for full refunds.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses or recipients being unavailable.
• Once an order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Care & Longevity

• Flower longevity varies depending on care, environment, and flower type.
• We are not responsible for flowers after delivery if care instructions are not followed.

Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the arrangement.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions, damages, or losses resulting from the use or display of floral arrangements.
